Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle; you retain access until then.
Rentals are non-refundable once the film has been played. If a rented film cannot be streamed due to a NightPrime technical issue, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or credit.
If you were charged twice or charged for a failed transaction, email billing@nightprime.example with the payment reference. We refund verified duplicates within 7–10 business days.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. Please write to us first — we resolve 98% of disputes without payment reversal.
UPI / cards: 5–7 business days. Wallets: 24–48 hours. International cards: up to 14 business days.
