1. Information We Collect
NightPrime ("we", "our", "us") collects information you provide directly — email, name, phone, payment details, watch history, ratings, comments, and short-film submissions. We also collect device data (IP, browser, OS), streaming analytics, and cookies to improve recommendations.
2. How We Use Your Data
To operate the streaming service, personalize AI recommendations, process payments, prevent fraud, communicate about your account, and comply with Indian law (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) payment gateways to complete transactions, (b) CDN providers (Cloudflare, AWS) to deliver video, (c) law enforcement when legally required.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for aggregated insights. You may disable cookies in your browser — but some features (Continue Watching, My List) may break.
5. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access, correction, or erasure of your personal data by writing to privacy@nightprime.example. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 7 years for tax records. Watch history is retained for 3 years for personalization.
7. Children’s Privacy
NightPrime is not directed to children under 13. Some content is rated “A” for adults only. Parental accounts must supervise minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app banner at least 15 days in advance.
