1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe a film on NightPrime infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@nightprime.example including: (a) your contact info, (b) description of the copyrighted work, (c) URL of the infringing content, (d) sworn statement of good-faith belief, (e) statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized agent, (f) physical or electronic signature.
2. Response Time
We review DMCA notices within 48 business hours and remove verified infringing content within 72 hours.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, submit a counter-notice with the same information. We restore content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts with 3 verified DMCA strikes are permanently terminated.
