All short films on NightPrime are licensed from their respective creators. All logos, UI designs, and the NightPrime brand are © 2025 NightPrime.
2. Restrictions
You may not download (except via authorized offline feature), screen-record, redistribute, publicly perform, or use films for commercial purposes.
3. Fair Use
Short excerpts (under 30 seconds) may be shared on social media using the built-in Share buttons, which watermark and attribute properly.
4. Violations
We use AI-powered fingerprinting to detect unauthorized re-uploads. Violations may result in account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act 1957.
