Content Licensing Policy

1. License Grant
By submitting a short film to NightPrime you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to stream, promote, translate (via AI subtitles), and archive the film for the term you choose (1, 3, or 5 years).
2. Exclusive vs Non-Exclusive
Non-exclusive is default. Exclusive licensing (higher revenue share, upfront advance) is available for select films after editorial review.
3. Territory
Default territory is India. Global licensing (100+ countries) is available on request — with higher revenue and marketing support.
4. Removal
You may request removal with 90 days’ notice; any advances paid to you are recoverable pro-rata.
5. Warranties
You warrant that you own or control all rights (music, footage, cast releases) and that the film does not infringe any third-party rights.
